Whole bunch pressed Chardonnay fermented using wild yeast in tight grain French oak. With a limited production of only two barrels, this wine highlights the high altitude, cool climate flavours with lemon citrus and grapefruit. Zero malolactic fermentation retains the crisp line and length of this modern Chardonnay.
